Tweaks

Just a few tweaks here that I use

The following three files set internet explorer to download x amount of files at a time depending on what one you choose

This enables over clocking and other stuff with NVIDIA drivers

The following sets the receive window for network cards at either 32 or 64k for improved downloading on cable modems

This removes all the shared folders from my computer in Windows XP

This unregisters zip folders built into Windows XP and also tells you how to set qos on network cards to 0% reserve bandwidth for increased LAN speed

This tells Windows XP to close slow responding programs to shut down quicker when you turn your pc off

By default if your computer cant contact your dhcp server windows assigns it a 169.*.*.* address this disables that
